Portrait photography applying the psychological theory known as ‘Johari’s Window’

Workshop

Art student

The Johari Window is a psychological model that categorises the discrepancy between one’s self-perception and others’ perceptions into ‘four windows (areas)’, thereby facilitating self-understanding and smoother interpersonal communication. Through self-disclosure (opening the ‘secret’ window) and feedback (identifying one’s ‘blind spots’), it aims to expand the ‘open’ window and enhance trust.
